kick from the penalty field. \u201cThe idea with the menu is that we don\u2019t want it to be heavily focused on one specific cuisine because that closes borders for us. We want to do the opposite, which is open borders, so the focus will be simple, and that is, to use the best possible produce and treat it in the best possible way, so our customers can taste the difference.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s all effectively and good, however I get caught on what he means by turning Sol Butcherant right into a vacation spot restaurant. What does that <em>truly<\/em> imply?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPassion! You\u2019re gonna feel the passion and love from people working together. From the moment you walk in the door, you\u2019ll feel welcome, you\u2019ll see an exciting menu that\u2019s not the same as what everybody else is doing in Saigon, the atmosphere, the smells, down to feeling comfortable rather than feeling rushed. If you combine all of these together, then you can create the best experience. That\u2019s a destination restaurant.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But can they really do it, particularly when District 7, the place Sol Butcherant is situated, wears the substitute bib of types, usually not noted of the beginning line-up, decreased to sitting on the sidelines, a benchwarmer in a sport that gushes over the celebs from the extra extremely fancied Districts 1, 2 and three till your nostril bleeds?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, fuck yeah, fuck yeah,\u201d he says with out hesitation. \u201cThere\u2019s no doubt in my mind we can do it, because as long as you want to do it, you can!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And I imagine him.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You see, when he talks, it\u2019s exhausting to not get swept up within the ardour and confidence oozing from the chef that at occasions, I have to say, teeters on the verge of vanity. It\u2019s a sense not too not like when a footballer who\u2019s fouled virtually crosses the road as they rush the referee to remonstrate in hope the choice might be overturned.
