You can hear the slight crunch as two skiers steadily bootpack up the backbone of a peak. On both aspect of them, the Earth drops 1000&#8217;s of toes, far under.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@Nikolai_Schirmer\/videos\" rel=\"noopener\">episode 2<\/a><\/strong> of <em>Topside<\/em>, skier Nikolai Schirmer offers us a take a look at the early season on the Aiguilles d\u2019Entr\u00e8ves, circa December 2022. The snow appears nice and the terrain appears completely epic.<\/p>\n<p>And the snowboarding ain\u2019t too shabby, both. Follow alongside, on the uphill \u201cpowder train,\u201d with a couple of native Chamonix legends, plus Schirmer. There are good the reason why snowboarding the face of the Aiguilles d\u2019Entr\u00e8ves was on Shirmer\u2019s bucket record. <em>Topside<\/em> is a glimpse into what makes this area such a snowboarding hub.<\/p>\n<p>Does <em>Topside<\/em> make you would like you have been snowboarding Mont Blanc, Chamonix?
