Royal Caribbean International has reached out to friends booked aboard the May 21, 2023 crusing of Explorer of the Seas<\/em> to inform them of an emergency embarkation change on account of flooding that has precipitated security issues on the authentic embarkation port.<\/p>\n

Instead of Ravenna, friends for this crusing will as an alternative be embarking from Trieste, however Royal Caribbean is facilitating with transfers.<\/p>\n

Embarkation Port Changed This Weekend<\/h2>\n

The Sunday, May 21, 2023 departure of Explorer of the Seas<\/em> won’t be leaving from Ravenna as initially deliberate, on account of heavy flooding in Italy\u2019s Emilia-Romagna area, which incorporates the northeastern Italy homeport. Royal Caribbean<\/a><\/strong> has reached out to booked friends by way of e mail to inform them of the change.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a result of the flooding, Ravenna will not be prepared to safely embark guests on May 21st, 2023 and instead, we\u2019ll now conduct our check-in at the Venezia Terminal Passegrei and departe from Trieste, Italy at 9:30 PM,\u201d<\/em> the e-mail defined.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All friends are requested to reach on the Venezia Terminal Passegrei throughout their authentic check-in home windows, and no later than 4:30 p.m. The final switch to Trieste will depart at 5:15 p.m.<\/p>\n
