The metropolis of Manchester has undergone successive many years of regeneration and redevelopment since I used to be born there within the early Nineteen Seventies. Back then, the town was in financial decline, with the closure of textile and manufacturing industries. But the growth of Manchester Airport, growth of the Trafford Centre, development of Beetham Tower, regeneration of Salford Quays and creation of MediaCity UK<\/a> are just a few examples of the world\u2019s subsequent resilience and progress.<\/p>\n
