This isn\u2019t Greece, however it\u2019s fairly darn shut!<\/em><\/p>\n

For those that\u2019ve been longing to snap photographs towards the well-known blue-and-white Santorini colors in Greece<\/a>: excellent news! You don\u2019t have to take a seat on an 11-hour-long direct flight.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a a lot nearer and budget-friendly possibility only a 2-hour flight away from Singapore \u2708\ufe0f<\/p>\n

Opened in June 2023, The Reef<\/a>\u00a0is a new-ish cafe in Phuket with Santorini vibes ~ It\u2019s situated inside the\u00a0Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket lodge<\/a> and overlooks the beautiful sea.<\/p>\n

Plenty of Photo Spots<\/h2>\n

Look at that beautiful view, is that this actually Phuket?<\/em><\/p>\n

When we arrived on the cafe on a weekday afternoon, it was so empty we thought it was closed ???? Thankfully although, enterprise was regular and no prospects = loads of photo-ops for us with none photobombs!<\/p>\n

Some of our favorite photograph spots embody the netting hanging over the seaside with an unobstructed view of the ocean and this cute little arch surrounded by pink flowers.<\/p>\n

As for seats, you actually are spoilt for selection. Relax on the sheltered seats underneath massive parasols or lounge underneath the solar with the sand beneath your ft. Either means, each supply a panoramic view of the blue sea.<\/p>\n

Mix of Western and Asian Dishes<\/h2>\n

Food-wise, the cafe affords a mixture of Western and Asian dishes corresponding to pizzas, burgers, quesadillas and inexperienced mango salad. <\/p>\n

We wished to strive every little thing so we selected the Peranakan afternoon tea set (\u0e3f890). It included two units of goong sarong<\/em> (fried shrimp), BBQ rooster, spring roll, rooster satay, mini cheesecake, tiramisu, crispy mango sticky rice and drinks. Although it\u2019s good for 2, we shared it among the many three of us and nonetheless felt tremendous full.<\/p>\n

I beloved the goong sarong<\/em>, a Thai-style deep-fried shrimp wrapped in vermicelli noodles. It was crispy and paired rather well with the tangy mango sauce. The desserts have been additionally aroi mak mak<\/em> (scrumptious) \u2014 the mango sticky rice was sinfully candy ????<\/p>\n

With scenic photograph spots straight out of a Greece postcard, The Reef is a \u201cSantorini\u201d different nearer to Singapore! And the most effective half is that nobody is aware of about it but, so it\u2019s really a hidden gem with out the crowds \u2728<\/p>\n
