We had lunch on the Summer Palace restaurant, Regent Hotel singapore. We had the Chef Liu tasting menu and the meals was superior!  Started with a Dim Sum Trio, adopted by a scorching &amp; bitter soup with fish fillets, after which beef tenderloin with veggies, lobster and vermicelli plus a dessert which was additionally a trio.
