affirmation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is certainly the largest smallmouth bass that I\u2019ve ever seen,\u201d ODNR Lake Erie Fisheries Program Administrator Travis J. Hartman said.<\/p>\n<p>If confirmed, the smallmouth would beat the present document of 9.84 kilos from Birchbark Lake, close to Kinmount, northwest of Peterborough.
