Getting misplaced on public transport. Feeling homesick. Baggage going lacking. These are widespread experiences all travellers face at a while or one other. Travelling whereas Black is totally different.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Like in most different social points of life, Black travellers face and fear about an entire set of different issues, awkward interactions and eventualities.<\/p>\n

As I journey, I usually discover myself navigating experiences which might be, sadly, quite common among the many Black journey neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Stares and unsolicited touching<\/h2>\n

There\u2019s nothing like strolling down the streets of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, feeling each pair of eyes in your again \u2013 after which having the bakery worker pet your hand after paying\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n
