Food from the Heart companions with Wearnes Automotive Singapore (Venue Partner) to organise its largest drive-through meals donation drive, HEART ON WHEELS. In conjunction with Food from the Heart’s twentieth anniversary milestone, HEART ON WHEELS seeks to lift 25,000 meals objects for its beneficiaries islandwide.
The meals donation drive will probably be held on 4 to five March 2023 at Wearnes Automotive Singapore, and will probably be graced by Guest of Honour, Mr Eric Chua, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and Ministry of Social and Family Development.
Founded in 2003 by Singapore-based Austrian couple Henry and Christine Laimer, Food from the Heart initially aimed to channel surplus bread to people and households in want. Now, the charity has advanced and broadened its focus to assuaging starvation for the much less lucky, with initiatives to persistently present meals for its beneficiaries by the ability of group.
Over the two-day occasion, Food from the Heart goals to lift 25,000 in meals objects, together with rice, cooking oil, assorted canned meals, prompt noodles, Milo, espresso, tea, oats, cereal, biscuits, and bread spreads.
