In 2019, she co-founded The Public, a brand new 15,000 sq. foot meals incubator and hub within the metropolis’s core, which will be discovered within the historic Central McDougall Neighborhood. This facility would be the first of its form in Alberta, working with market distributors, farmers, culinary creatives, cooks, producers, educators, and extra.
