GearJunkie and Aventon Ebikes teamed up for a day of ‘stone lifting,’ climbing, and, in fact, biking.
Have you ever heard of stone lifting? Neither had we till we spent a day round Boulder, Colo., with filmmaker, photographer, and climber Cam Maier (aka BearCam).
Maier loaded up his Aventon Level.2 e-bike and pedaled throughout city. He defined the nuances of stone lifting, hoisted a 250-pound rock, and took us to probably the most well-known bouldering routes on Flagstaff. Then, we capped off the mega day with a hike to the summit of Green Mountain.
The secret to Maier’s power preservation? The pedal-assist on his Aventon Level.2.
