After buying the previous Glory Sea in 2020, Blue Dream Cruises is recruiting crew members for its cruise operations in China.

According to a report in Chinese media, cruise line is searching for positions for the complete ship, starting from captain to cruise director, galley workers, housekeeping and extra.

Applicants have to show expertise within the supposed positions, whereas supervisor positions additionally require “strong team leadership skills,” Blue Dream stated.

After kicking off its cruise operations, the corporate plans to “build a fleet of cruise ships” over the following 5 years, specializing in opening worldwide cruise routes from China and close by international locations, the report stated.
