Upon my arrival in San Jose, I used to be instantly struck by the nation’s pure magnificence and the heat of its individuals. Throughout our 10-day journey, we had the possibility to discover a few of Costa Rica’s most iconic landscapes, from the misty cloud forests of Monteverde to the canals of Tortuguero.

The first half of our journey was adventuring by means of the steamy and tropical canals of Tortuguero National Park adopted by invigorating hikes in Corcovado National Park (which WWF helped to create in 1975!). We encountered an abundance of wildlife in each nationwide parks, to the purpose that it might be less complicated for me to say what we didn’t see! Among all of the unimaginable wildlife we noticed, my favorites have been the howler monkeys, toucans, and wattled jacanas.
